Loudoun Rugby is a member of USA Rugby at the national level and Rugby Virginia at the state level. We are the only club in Virginia that has teams all the way from 1st grade through Men's Rugby. We generally follow USA Rugby's season, game-play, and age/grade guidance in order to provide a uniform experience that is comparable to the rest of the leagues in the United States.
Youth Rugby
Loudoun Youth Rugby teams are constructed according to age level and are split between tag and tackle teams. Our Co-Ed Tag Teams (ages 6-10) players play tag (two-hand touch) while safely learning the fundamentals of the game before graduating to tackle. Boys and Girls Youth Tackle rugby (U12 through U18) includes elementary age through high school.
Mens Club
Founded in 2019, Loudoun Men's Rugby was created with the idea of giving former Loudoun Youth players the option of coming back to play for their former team, and allowing players in Loudoun county the option of getting back in the game without having to travel great distances. We currently have a 45+ player roster and are always looking for new players of all skill levels. No previous experience required.
